Reception & Services

  • Check-out: The room is available to you until 11:00 AM. If you need to extend your stay, please contact reception (line 100).
  • Wake-up call: You can order a telephone wake-up call at reception by specifying the desired time.
  • Concierge: We are happy to assist with tickets, excursions, tips around Karlovy Vary, or car rental.
  • Toiletries: Basic toiletries and hygiene products can be purchased directly at reception.
  • Children: Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge.
  • Price list: Hotel services price list – information available at reception.

Laundry & Dry Cleaning

  • Laundry service: Order this service by calling line 100. Please place your laundry in the bag found in the wardrobe.
  • Price list: Current laundry prices can be found with the laundry bag in the wardrobe.

Parking

  • Location: Parking spaces are available directly in front of the hotel and also above the hotel at the 5th floor level.
  • Fee: The service is free for hotel guests with direct reservations — not through booking portals such as Booking.com, HRS, Expedia, etc.

Breakfast & Gastro Services

  • Breakfast: Served daily on the 1st floor from 07:00 to 10:00; on weekends and public holidays from 07:30 to 10:30.
  • Room Service: Food and drinks from the restaurant can be ordered directly to your room for a fee of CZK 200, from 12:00 to 21:00.
  • Restaurant: On the ground floor of the hotel there is a stylish restaurant offering Czech and international cuisine specialities as well as a wide selection of Czech and international wines.
  • Menu: Available at menu.embassy

Room Amenities

  • Safe: A safe with instructions is prepared in your room for your valuables.
  • Heating: Each room has individually adjustable heating. If needed, increase or decrease the heating intensity using the arrows on the thermostat head.
  • Telephone: Calls between rooms are free of charge. For an outside line, dial "0" (charged according to tariffs).

Leisure at the Hotel

  • Fitness centre: On the 1st floor you will find a small fitness centre with a table tennis table.
  • Board games: Various games are available to make your evening more enjoyable.
  • Massages: Hotel Embassy offers all types of massages under the guidance of an experienced masseur. By appointment only.
  • Corporate events: Hotel Embassy is the ideal venue not only for relaxation, but also for smaller seminars, training sessions, and other corporate events.
